Beginner from Wake Forest

Hello, my name is Jay. I'm completely new to woodworking to the point of never even touched a saw before. I have a long history of doing fiber arts which has led me to delve into woodworking due to the allure of making my own looms and espinner. I've found some good resources for those types of projects from lurking on the forums but figured it was time to introduce myself. I look forward to learning from you all!

My eventual goal would be a rigid heddle loom but an inkle loom seems more achievable right now
