Well, I guess getting older has it's pluses.

LOML managed to whip together an almost surprise party for me on Saturday after poking around my cell phone contacts and email address book. Ended up with around 20 people for cold beer, burgers, dogs and what not. I was shocked that I actually still knew that many people who were still willing to talk to me, much less admit to knowing me and show up for a party for me!!! :rotflm:

So aside from the gag cards/gifts I also got the obligatory Lowe's and other gift cards which I can always put to use as well as some really cool electronics and adult beverage gifts.:icon_thum:eusa_danc:eusa_clap:eek:ccasion1

Requisite pics of some of them as well as my helpers and the cool Over the Hill Train cake/cupcake/brownie desert that LOML put together.

Dude, that looks like a heck of a score to me! :eek: My neighbors across the street have the Wii and I was invited over to partake one (late) night. I tell ya, I can't put spin on a bowling ball in real life, but on the Wii it just started on one side and ended up in the gutter on the other side EVERY TIME. :BangHead: :rotflm: All in all, it was a lot of fun. I hope to try some of the other games sometime. Looks like a nice collection of :eek:ccasion1 too. Nice score! :icon_thum

Cheers, :eek:ccasion1

Trent

PS: Tracy, I heard about the recall on Makers. If Brian sends it to you for decontamination, let me know and I'll come help with the extremely dangerous process. :icon_thum :rotflm:

Someone got the hookup ...

Just don't try to drink all of that that while playing the Wii before heading out to the shop (in that order). Could be a huge mess.

That Makers Mark will go great in my Makers Mark Coffee along with my Makers Mark Cigar, in my makers mark glass on top of my makers mark coaster, but I don't like Makers Mark or anything. :) Good score for your birthday.. Happy Birthday just alittle late.

Thanks everyone for the comments and well wishes, been kinda tied up the last couple of days trying to meet a delivery deadline and had to come back to my "real job" so I could catch up on MCWWer! :gar-La;

I like most of those brands although I've never had Blanton's that I recall. Looks like most of my friends are partial to whiskey huh? :gar-Bi Good thing I am as well, although not as much, or should I say as often in large quantities, as I used to be back in the pre-kid days

Thanks for all the offers to help me decontaminate the Markers Mark and FredP is right I do need some adult helpers to work the stash down! Everyone is more than welcome to stop by for a drink if they're in the area, can't promise a shop tour or anything since I don't really have one, but we can hang and maybe fight the kids for the Wii.:rotflm:

Kevin, Markers Mark cigars huh? I may have to give those a try.

Both kids wanted to play GH cause they think the guitar is "awesome". In fact my 5 year old girl sat patiently with the box on her lap pretending to play it while asking me the whole time when we were going to play. She's not as obsessed with it now that she's played it some and found out it's not really that easy. I'm pretty crappy at it myself but I'll keep tryin' and keep my day job! I guess I'll be cashing in some of my gift cards for a few more games and the others for TOOLS.:icon_thum

They are very good. Nice and smooth pretty mild. Go great with the Makers Mark or a good cup of coffee especially on one of these fall evenings that we are about to be able to enjoy. :gar-Bi
