Bandsaw bearing grease

Was just wondering if anyone had any idea about how to grease the bearings on a bandsaw with this type of grease fitting. And also, what type of grease is recommended??:eusa_thin

That little ball bearing presses down to allow you to add lubricating oil, not grease. Buy a small can of 3-in-1 oil at Lowe's and check around for others like it on other moving parts. HTH
