Yup, I use paste wax. Would have been fine but I didn't think about it and my kids left the garage door open.

Living in Florida, humidity can get the best of the tools. But I use T9 followed by a paste wax (carnauba) and never have a problem. If you are not already doing this, I'd recommend it on anything and everything metal around the shop.

Unheated / unconditioned shops take more discipline - me preaching to the choir. And kids are unpredictable factors, but precious.

That's why, as warm as it was yesterday, I turned up heat in shop. Went in this morning, and it was a toasty 69 degrees. Much too hot to do any work in winter clothing. Had to come out of the sweatshirt, and long sleeve shirt.
