Anyone have any Mesquite for Sale???

Hey guys, Chris from Eastern Carolina, how are you? Curious to know if any of you would by chance have some Mesquite wood for sale? I am a custom callmaker and just recently I have gotten back from a job opportunity working as a whitetail deer scout in South Texas on a ranch. As you all, may well know Mesquite trees are predominant down there covering miles of that portion of Texas.

I brought some of the wood back home with me but I wasn't able to bring enough really, not as much as I wanted to bring.

My dilemma, I need some more mesquite wood, pieces at least 1.5" x 1.5 x 4" and lots of it. Also would like some in the arena of 1" x 4" x 4" if you have some you are willing to part with or may know of someone I would greatly appreciate it.

Chris: Over on Lumberjocks.com there are about 3 guys selling mesquite. One of them may be on here also. daveinTexas?

Check it out. Sounds plentiful.

Hope this helps, and I'd love to see a turkey call made out of mesquite.

If it doesn't sound right, you can always grill over it, right?
