Another great job. How do you make your cuts so straight? I have to make pictures like oak trees because I can't cut straight. (Cheap scroll saw may be part, but not all of my problem)
It took about an hour, maybe an hour and half. As for cutting straight, that is why I am practicing. My ultimate goal is a large intarsia pattern I bought!
Cathy, you have done another great job! :eusa_clap :eusa_clap I can't wait to see the intarsia project! Keep them coming! I wish I could use a scroll saw like that.:jealous:
Thank you all. I'm almost brave enough to start planning the simpler of the intarsia pieces - but I'm reasonably sure it will take me a long time. I'm going to have to cut it piece by piece instead of stack cutting them.
Your trivets, this one as well as others you have posted, are beautiful. I showed my wife some of the earlier photos... and she it almost sounded as if she wanted me to get a scroll saw (Bless you for that.)
Any time I can help with someone buying a new toy, er tool I've done my job! I want a bigger "dog" myself - just waiting to accumulate the $$$. I'm posting another one in a minute.
