Another new member

I'm a new member from Chapel Hill. Been doing woodworking for about 10 years. I'm retired and in addition to doing woodworking I like to fish. I have been selling crafts in local craft shows for about 4-5 years, but I am trying to change that to selling in craft stores. So far, I have 2 lined up. I also have made a lot of furniture. I get most all of my wood by finding downed trees and having them cut up. I have torn down old barns in the past to get old wood, but don't think I want to do that again. The works too hard!! Always interested in wood sources.

Welcome to the site Dennis, I'm sure you're gonna get a big welcome, especially from those of us that prefer to use downed wood. What kinds of stuff are you lining up to sell at the shows and stores? I'd love to see some pictures.
