Made On My @toocaa_official 40w Laser Engraver
The file is from @scrollsawvillage and I used thin material from @buildersdiscountcenter for the portrait and 1/4 inch material for the backer board
The frame is an upcycled 2x4 and was made on my @rikon_powertools table saw and @craftsman router table and was glued together with @thegorillagluecompany wood glue
I stained the portrait with a light @minwaxusa wood stain and painted the backer board and with @rustoleum spray paints
For final assembly I used medium grade CA Glue and Activator from @klingsporswoodworkingshop
For a finish I used several coats of @rustoleum clear gloss
I made this for a family members birthday in June and I've had the pleasure of seeing Alan Jackson 3 times in concert, he has stayed true to country music his entire career.
