Thanks for the link, Glenn! I can't seem to keep my abrasives flat no matter what I do but maybe this will help.

That is a good link to keep, for sure. I store all of my abrasive belts and disks in a covered Rubbermaid-style storage container to protect them from humidity shifts in my shop. I've seen belts less than 3 months old separate in a heartbeat when stored in the open, while I've also used belts more than 2 years old that have been properly stored.
