A little help from my friends

I am starting to work on the "help desk" system again. So what kind of requests do you need and for each request what information do you need to be entered. Also any suggestions as to how it should be formated would also be appreciated.

This is your chance to get you input into this feature before I finish coding it.

nah, those are FAQ type questions... I think he means requests like "change my user name" or "request for web site hosting" - things like that. Things the user can't do without Mod/Admin help.

"Request Gallery Bulk Upload Privilages";
"Change Username";
"Add Wood Supplier to List";
Add Custom page to site
"Create Usergroup";
"Create Private Forum for a Usergroup";
"Create Photo Gallery for a Usergroup";
Registration problem
Activation problem
Login Problem
Link exchange

And add these.
Report A problem - > makes a formated post to the problems forum.
How Do I -> makes a formated post to the How do I forum.
Make a suggestion ->makes a formated post to the Suggestions forum

I would like to see the Wood Suppliers list be changed to a format that can be added to or edited, something like the links library. I'm not sure how to accomplish this but I'm sure it could be done somehow.
