I have been thinking about this for a while so I decided to give it a try.
This blank is 75% finished but the remaining cuts and the "cleaning up" will be quite dramatic.
I thought I wouild just post a picture of what it looks like at this stage and fill in the details later.(appearances can be deceiving)

I thought something like that was working it's way to the top.
Without the diamonds I suppose.

What happened to Just In Case, that one get completed?

Was to see if the idea if toothpicks could be made into an"X-wave" with toothpics. Once it was turned round I proceded to this one.
Just in case is turned round waiting for me to decide what to put it in.
This one is a test for yet another one which I need to make this weekend.
Eventually all will get drilled and turned.
