Good looking pens! What's at the top on the first one?

It's one of those bullet pens that Penn State Ind sells. What you see at the top is the "bolt" and it is also the piece that extends the ink cartridge.

Great looking pens! How did the assembly for the bolt action go? I have been wanting to make some of those...

They seem to go together well. Two simple pushes onto the tube with the bottom and then the top. They seem to be a tight fit and seam together well at the tube.
