A bunch of little tid-bits

Getting little things ready for next big projects. Pictures below and you can figure which goes with which comment.

Delta tenon jig, got it true and stable, but the guide was sloppy. So installed brass screws to adjust. I hope Loc-Tite holds, or I may go to nylon screws.

I share a hose for the router guide and my hack to the Harvey blade guard. Holds up with a couple magnets and a spray can lit serves as the stopper.

New DP vise. Love it.

Added a Moxon vise kit to my workbench.

My version of a TS alignment gig. The pope is by definition, self centering. Flat tip on the gauge allows using a tooth tip as the reference.

Just got a CBN wheel for the Rikon grinder. Almost which I had a nicked blade to test it on. :)

Further simplified my sharpening. Grinder, 1200 DMT and 16,000 Sharpton with a strop. That is about it now. I use an old long .003 feeler gauge as the lift for plane irons.

Marvelous ideas. Do you find one particular color of lid works better than others? ;)
