I bought a 12 gallon shop-vac at Lowes back in March & had never opened the box. I was saving it to build a rollaround cart to use with my Dust Deputy. Paid $80. When I saw this sale I carried it back with the receipt & got a refund, then bought the 14 gallon one for $40. Lowes is pretty good about stuff like that.
BTW, I bought the last one on sale at our local Lowes. They went pretty fast.
