My experience tell me it could be several reasons:

1. Used. Used HF stuff doesnt sell very fast, if at all. Due to quality concerns

2. Bought and doesn't fit space

3. Didn't like the quality

4. Getting out of Woodworking

5. Probably has some wear and tear on it. Notice no pic of actual item.

Worth checking out, if interested.

Can always "negotiate" down if well used.
