4x8 MDF Core Maple Plywood Source

Afternoon Guys,

I have an upcoming commercial project to price out. It's about qty 20-25 Natural Finish Maple doors installed over open shelving in a high traffic setting. A frame and panel is an easy option for me; however, the customer wanted an alternative quote for Maple slab doors. I do not want to risk using veneer core plywood so I thought an A1, A2 or B2 face MDF core, edgebanded with Hard Maple, would let me sleep at night. Absolutely no way I'd use a solid wood slab.

I'm 20 miles north of Charlotte and don't mind a few hours drive. Aside from Wurth in Charlotte which no longer allows you in their warehouse; waiting for an answer from Hardwood Store of Salisbury; does anyone know where I may source this?

Charlotte doesn't have tons of regular retail options but check with A&M and Imeca (they have delivery options). Kluttz in Concord has a good selection too.
