45Deg Shinwa Miter- new to me

I bought this cause the one I have is a cheap alum thick Chinism version.

This was cheap and this is elegant.... like alot of Japanese tools I own. Accurate and thin.

I didn't even know Shinwa made this kind of tool, but glad I found this one.

Thought I would share.

I have had one of those for years. Really handy for layout and setting the bevel angle on the table saw.

Nice score on that Shinwa 45, Casey. Those thin Japanese ones are a whole different animal from the thick cheap aluminum versions – accurate, elegant, and just feels right in the hand.Handy little tool for layout and dialing in the tablesaw bevel like Mike said. Glad you snagged one.
