Small Shop Upgrade Today, A 3D Printed Dust Boot For My Next Wave CNC Shark CNC Machine!
The file is from Maker World and it's not meant for my CNC so, I had to heavily modify it with my Marathon Rotary Tool, and Drill Press
Is it perfect? Absolutely Not, does it work? Well, kinda, I still need to make a skirt out of some type of material (suggestions welcomed)
After I had it in place, I used a scrap piece of 3/4 inch decking board and a ToolsToday 1/4 inch straight bit to quickly knock out a small Butler Tray for a test.
The dust boot was printed with clear @sunlu_official PLA Filament on my Flashforge 3D Printer

I wonder if you could get something like this to form around that adapter. Could print in a track for it to mount to.

Thanks Phillip. That's what I need around my shop-made overhead blade guard on my TS.
