24 Hour - Walnut

I called Steve Wall Lumber yesterday morning and ordered a UPS Bundle of Walnut (rough 4/4). It arrived today at 12:30 via FedEx. Wow!! That's service.

All boards except 2 were 6" wide and ranged in length from 37" to 57".

20BF for $106 (including shipping) + tax. I checked it and there was 20.1 BF. Just thought I would see how close/accurate they pack it. All pieces looked really good except the 2 narrower boards (4" & 4.5") were a little warped but I think it will come out when I mill it down.

I have some small projects planned that I need a little walnut for. I figured I better get started on some Christmas presents since there are only 165 shopping days left until Christmas. :lol: :lol:

Cool deal,

I have never heard of anyone unhappy with Wall Lumber. If I can ever finish my current project I will be making a trip to to pick up some lumber myself.

Yeah, Steve is an upfront kind of guy. It would be hard to imagine someone not having a good experience with him.
