Went by Scott Smith's place to help with some DC ducting and ended up hanging with some fellow North Carolina Woodworker's(Jim M. & Mike D.), eating, and doing some playing. Thank God for beautful days and good friends. Here is the proof:

"The Bas" stopped by a few weeks back to borrow the planer. I introduced him to Festool sanders while he was here, and we may have a convert!
Chris Tully and I worked out a "Labor for Milling" exchange. We milled up a log from his in-laws farm in Sanford (that Chris will ultimately use for a workbench), and in exchange Chris has assisted me with sheetrock installation in the new shop.
I figure with that big shop Scott is building and all those machines his clamp collection must be equally impressive. So he need's a more substantial clamp cart:

For all that y'all do so well :icon_thum In my eyes the Wood Run today was a huge success. Not only did many of us score some great Red Oak at an excellent price but it was another great NCWW social time as well. I met a few more members that I haven't had the privilege of meeting. I had hoped...
Scott (NCScroller) is in Florida right now, his dad is hour by hour. Anyone who wants, please say a prayer he goes quietly.
