My county is preparing to cut down two giant southern magnolia trees near our courthouse. These trees are 80-100 years old and are hugh. They both are at least 36" in diameter (maybe more) two feet above the "bell". It is unfortunate they have to be cut down but they (mainly their roots) are...

Magnolia

Went down to Ed D.'s yesterday and picked up the magnolia that he had. I have a lot more than I will ever used, so if anyone wants some send me a PM and come pick it up. It is cut into lenghts of about 18 - 24 inches and they are 12 - 15 inches in diameter. I'm in Cary. Bob
