Rendering of a TV cabinet I designed for my in-laws. I am building it out of poplar and will paint it upon completion. Rendering was done with TurboCAD V.12
I was at the habitat reuse center in Raleigh and they've got hardwood flooring from a gymnasium. It's in 5'x5' panels attached to some dimensional lumber underneath. I believe it was maple with the individual pieces 1" thick by 2" wide T&G. The sign said that they had large quantities. $2/sqft
I have started a new entertainment center and thought I would try to post some progress pictures this time.
The wood haul, well not such a haul but it was very expensive this trip at Charlotte Hardwood center. I'm working on some more reasonable suppliers now.
