Updated finally on Jan 5, quite late - sorry. I forgot to schedule recovery plans from holidays with energetic granddaughters. So now back to reality

I found that our polling system is not what it used to be. Given that and the large number of submittals, we needed a work-around to get this vote off the ground. Dee2 created a table of the eligible entries for the December contest, thanks Gene. Since we cannot collect tabulated counts by polling, please select your top choice for the 2021 December Monthly Winner and post the 'gift' and creator from the table into a unique post in this thread. Please one vote per member.

On or about Jan 8, I will tabulate the selections and announce the winner

Thanks

One for LOML and one for my MIL (since I know just making for one of them is potentially a life-shortening choice!) these were adapted from a magazine article (PW or Wood or ???) of a Rick Butz design.

Retraction - I have to recuse myself since these were done more than 2 years ago (I just saw Phil's rules for the submissions) but I I will leave them here since I like these two guys, they make me smile every year when they come out of storage and I want to share them with my friends!

How about extending the deadline to 12/28 or so. I don't want to post what is going to be a surprise!

Finished rolling pin. For our grandson's cousin in CA. Cousin is a little leaguer, a cook, and a SF Giants fan. Grandson wanted the rolling pin to reflect a baseball theme. Hope this is a home run. Wood is cherry.

Pictures off the rear deck at the family retreat in Elijay GA at sunset.

C&C welcome.
