No glue dude... :no:. Once the threads are in the stopper, it is unlikely to come out on it's own anyway. As mentioned above, cut the threads a little deeper than you need. For added assurance, I chase the threads with a tap. When your done with your stopper, apply a tiny bit of beeswax on the threads. Screw the top on... viola, your done. :icon_thum

what glue are you useing? thick would be my choice to give more open time. if the glue is setting too quickly that may be the problem. I've had that happen on pen tubes.......:gar-Cr
